"Mr. Dukes goes above and beyond for his students. You will always find him supporting our students at school or at a softball/baseball game. He is their #1 fan and always makes a point to love them and show them how valued they are. Students are always SO excited to go to music each week. Mr. Dukes has made such a positive impression on our students! Students LOVE going to music, they are learning so much, and they look forward to music presentations! I am so thankful for his dedication to our students. He's always calm and loving with the students. He spends any extra minute he gets with his students (even when he doesn't have to). He loves what he does and the kids he teaches and it always shows. The kids love him big and this means a lot. Dylan has worked really hard to grow our music program and instill a love of music in all his students. He has gone above and beyond to bring musical experiences to our staff. Mr. Dukes consistently displays a phenomenally superior work ethic and demonstrates unrivaled competence in all of his endeavors. His friendly, calm demeanor is an admirable attribute which is reflected in his interactions with students and staff. "
