In this video, Superintendent Kathy Hipp provides an overview of the 2025–2026 General Fund Budget for Anderson School District Three. This year’s proposed budget includes:
✔️ No millage increase (NO tax hike)
✔️ 4% raise for teachers and support staff
✔️ 3% raise for administrative staff
✔️ Increased per-pupil classroom funding
To ensure full transparency, Anderson 3 is hosting its first-ever Budget Q&A on Tuesday, May 28 from 5:00–6:30 PM, giving our community the opportunity to ask questions and learn more.
The formal budget hearing will take place on Sunday, June 9 at 6:30 PM during the second reading of the proposed budget.
