Mrs. Baldwin has been an Administrative Assistant/PowerSchool Data Clerk at Starr Elementary School for over eight years! Before working in education, Christy worked as a medical assistant for 18 years. After wanting to become more active in the community where her children were attending school, she made the change.
"What do you value most about working at Starr?
"I love being able to assist whenever staff, students, or parents need help with anything. We wear many hats in the office, with each day being different. I love being a part of the A3 school district and watching our students grow!"

"Christy Baldwin is one of the hardest working people at Starr. Her friendly face is the first face people see when they come to our school. She speaks to everyone with warmth and kindness. Christy is always doing a million tasks at one time but is never too busy to help. She keeps track of our students and always tries to do what is best for them. Christy is a significant part of helping our school run so smoothly and does so with such positivity. She is the true definition of an A3 AllStar!"
