Seniors and Families:
Please see the information below regarding graduation for the Class of 2021.
Graduation Practice: Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 10:00 am
Practice will begin in the new gym.
Please arrive on time in comfortable clothes. Gowns are not needed for this event.
Plan on staying at practice for the entire time (approximately 2 hours).
ALL GRADUATES MUST ATTEND PRACTICE. If you do not attend practice, please do not plan to walk in the graduation ceremony.
Graduation Dress, etc: Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 9:00 am
Please arrive by 8:30 am to line up in the new gym.
Females, please wear a dress that can not be seen hanging out the bottom of your gown.
Males, please wear dark slacks, a white dress shirt, a tie and dark dress shoes.
Please DO NOT wear shorts, tennis shoes, flip-flops or crocs. Inappropriate dress may result in removal from the line-up.
Please do not decorate the top of your hat.
Please wear shoes that are suitable for walking in the grass. We advise you not to wear pointy heels as they get easily stuck in the turf.
Please do NOT wear any regalia (medals, stoles, cords, or anything else you may have ordered) that was not provided to you by Crescent High School. These items will be collected prior to marching.
Tickets:
Since many of our restrictions have been lifted, we will not require tickets to this year's graduation ceremony. Even though we will not have a guest limit restriction, please be mindful of the number of attendees you invite to graduation in consideration of others.
Seating:
All guests will be seated on the home side of the football stadium. Overflow seating will be on the visitor side with a view of the back of the stage. Again, please limit the number of guests you invite.
Video:
Since graduation will not be a ticketed event, we will not live stream. Instead, we will record the ceremony and post it immediately following the ceremony. It will be accessed via YouTube.
Masks:
Because graduation will be held outdoors, masks will not be required for attendees or graduates.
Parking:
Graduates should park in the new gym parking lot and enter through the new gym
Parents and guests should park in the student parking lot or baseball parking area and enter through the stadium gates.
