Mrs. Hatcher joined Anderson 3 in 2008 as a first-grade teacher at Flat Rock Elementary. During her career, she has served as a teacher at Starr Elementary and Flat Rock Elementary. From 2016 to 2020, she served as Iva Elementary’s Reading Coach. In 2020, Mrs. Hatcher was named Starr Elementary’s Assistant Principal of Instruction, and in 2022, Ashlea accepted a district-level administrative position, serving as Coordinator of Early Learning and Family Support.
Ashlea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Lander University, a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Anderson University.
Ashlea and her husband Kyle have three children: Paxton, Paisley, and Price. Together, they reside in West Anderson.
