Heather has been an Instructional Technology Coach for two years. Before that, she taught Business Education at Crescent High School for five years. Mrs. Dickerson's technology and instruction expertise and creativity have fostered many new projects with teachers, departments, and grade levels. She works hard to meet the needs of teachers and students while blazing a trail of innovation. Heather always has a smile on her face and is willing to help in whatever capacity she is needed. 👩🏻💻🧠

She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education with an emphasis in literacy, culture, and diversity, as well as a master's degree in literacy, both from Clemson University. Hailea and her husband Wesley have one daughter and reside in the Antreville Community.

Coach Chad Johnson is Flat Rock's Teacher of the Year! Mr. Johnson is the Physical Education Teacher and has taught for over 20 years. Coach Johnson is everybody's favorite. He is always happy to see the students, and they are always excited to see him. Whether on the bus lot, in the hallways, or his classroom, Coach Johnson always encourages students in everything they do. He goes over and beyond for each student to make sure he knows them on a personal level, and he goes out of his way for all of them. Coach is truly one of a kind! 💛🏈
