Meet Anderson 3's newest Rookie Teacher of the Year, Ms. Ryleigh Davis! 🥳💛
Ms. Davis is a first-grade teacher at Flat Rock Elementary. "Ryleigh walked in the first day of school with the skills of a veteran teacher. She loves her students, has worked hard to develop meaningful relationships with them, teaches them well, and has established an excellent working relationship with her grade-level teammates, administrators, faculty, and staff. Her classroom management is a 100 A+, and she works tirelessly to make sure she is giving her students the best she's got, and she expects the same in return from them."

-Mrs. Amber Hall is Flat Rock's Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Hall is a Four-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher who has taught for four years. Amber brings an exuberant amount of energy to her classroom and her school. She truly adores her students and advocates for them all!
-Mr. Phillip Jones is Flat Rock's Support Staff of the Year! Mr. Phil is the Facilities Lead at "The Rock." Phil leads with a servant's heart and is genuinely committed to serving the students and staff of Anderson 3.

-Mrs. Susan Bryant is Starr's Support Staff of the Year! Mrs. Bryant is Starr's bookkeeper and has been in education for 28 years. Susan radiates positivity and is always willing to lend a hand.

Crescent High School was visited by South Carolina's Be Pro Be Proud mobile workshop. The 53-foot custom-built trailer includes eight simulators for trades such as truck driving, forklift operating, excavator operating, welding, and carpentry. Students enjoyed taking a hands-on virtual look into trade careers! 🚛⚡️👩🏽🏭

Mrs. Shawn Craft has been named our 2023 - 2024 District Office Support Staff of the Year! 🏆🎉
Shawn is a Digital Integration Specialist who this year transitioned from the classroom as a teacher to working with students and teachers at the elementary level to implement unique, creative, but most of all, effective ways to use technology in the classroom. Since taking on this new role, Shawn has split her time amazingly well across our three elementary schools. She works tirelessly to ensure teachers and students have the best tools and knowledge to succeed!
