Mrs. Dodgens is a kindergarten paraprofessional at Iva Elementary!
"We are beyond blessed to have Mrs. Dodgens as a part of our staff at Iva Elementary. She is truly a positive light to all. She comes to school with a smile on her face and she gives it her all 100% of the time. She is eager to get to know her students and wants to help them in every way possible. While she cares about their academics, she cares about them as a person first... even the most challenging students. She works extremely well with the entire kindergarten team and serves both the teachers and students in many different ways. From leading intervention groups to working one on one with students and helping prepare materials for lessons, she does it all. Any time we ask our faculty and staff for help with something she is one of the first to step up and volunteer."
