"Jody Fullbright provides the students and staff of Starr Elementary with best care as our school nurse. Jody works tirelessly to stay current with medical guidelines and updates for students. Nurse Fullbright builds unique relationships with students, staff and parents. She is excellent in communicating with parents to ensure the students are well-cared for while at school. Even during the stressful times of the pandemic, Jody had a smile on her face and was always available to answer any questions. She went over and beyond the call of duty to provide caring service to our students and staff. Throughout the pandemic she worked not only at school, but at home at night and on weekends answering calls and questions. Through it all she has stayed positive, uplifting, knowledgeable and nurturing. Starr students love visiting Nurse Fullbright to show her a new lost tooth or get a bandaid. Jody makes everyone feel like family, and the care she provides is top-notch. She makes sure the needs of the students and staff are always met."
