Good evening, Starr families! This is Mrs. Hatcher with a few important reminders for the upcoming week:
We are excited to celebrate the final days of the school year with several fun events and celebrations for our students!

🎉 Field Day Information:
• Monday: K5–2nd Grade Field Day
• Tuesday: 3rd–5th Grade Field Day

Parents are welcome to join the Field Day fun beginning at 8:30 a.m. Please see the attached flier for additional information.

Students may be signed out with their homeroom teacher following Field Day activities. If students will be remaining at school after Field Day, please send a change of clothes.

🎓 Wednesday Celebrations:
• K5 Graduation
• 5th Grade Graduation
• 1st–4th Grade Awards Day

Awards Day invitations were sent home with students on Friday. Please see the attached flier for ceremony times. All guests will enter through the gym doors.

📚 Thursday is the last day of school for students! Please remember that Thursday will be a half day, and dismissal will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Thank you for your continued support throughout this school year. We look forward to celebrating our students and making this a memorable final week at Starr Elementary!

We are gearing up for SC READY with a pep rally Friday! Flip flops and top scores... we know our students will ride the wave to success!

Our Student Council and Beta Club showed what it means to give back this spring! 🐾💙

They selected PAWS as their community service project and worked together to collect donations for our local animal shelter. From food to supplies, their generosity will make a difference for so many furry friends in need.

We are so proud of our students for leading with kindness, compassion, and service! 🐶🐱✨
