Emily Blackwell, a former Flat Rock student and current senior at Crescent High School, has created a service project known as 3 Hearts. She is collecting book bags, blankets, and flashlights so she can provide for students in need. If you would like to contribute to this service project, you may send items to school with our students. We have a drop box in our commons area. Thank you for your participation!

FR Bus 9 is currently behind schedule. If your child rides Bus 9, please be advised the bus will be arriving approximately 15-20 minutes behind.

We are so excited to see our students tomorrow! โ๏ธ๐๐

We have been working hard to get the school ready and can't wait to see you tonight! All students and families will need to come through the gym entrance to the school and report to your grade level table. Be prepared to tell us how your child will leave school each afternoon. Make sure you visit the car tag table if you do not have a car tag from last year. Bus riders should visit the transportation table to confirm your bus number. Once you've completed those tasks, see Mrs. Dodd or Mrs. Roberts at the door, and they will direct you to your classroom. Remember, you must be registered for school to participate. We will have Chromebooks available for registration. Our nurse will also be available if you need her services.

Open House for Flat Rock Elementary will be Thursday, August 11 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Students must be registered to participate. All families must enter through the gym doors. Go to the appropriate grade level table to collect your registration card. If your student will be a bus rider in the afternoons, you will need to go to the transportation table to confirm the bus number. Once you've completed those two tasks, you may visit your child's classroom. YMCA and Good News Club will be available in the commons area. We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!
